Accessibility Features

The e-Government Gateway has been designed to be easily usable by all members of society and to keep additional commercial software that the user may need to the minimum possible level.

• All pages and interactive content have been created with disabled users in mind.
• For users who cannot use screen readers and a mouse, all content is available with just the keyboard.
• Our pages are prepared taking into account W3C and Public Website Standards.
• Technically, it is designed to be viewed with XHTML 1.1 and CSS 2 supported software.

e-Government Gateway has been designed and tested to work on a wide variety of devices and software. Although system requirements have been kept to a minimum, you may need to install current versions of the software you use or install additional software to benefit from some features.

Using the Dyslexia Plugin

Dyslexia is a problem that makes reading difficult for people. Since dyslexic individuals tend to change the order of letters, syllables and words, reading becomes a very difficult task for them.
Users with reading difficulties can adjust font settings by installing a browser add-on that provides dyslexia-friendly fonts developed for users with visual dyslexia and font size, line width and character spacing settings that can be adjusted specifically for individuals with dyslexia.
e-Government Gateway - e-Government Gateway can be displayed as suitable for dyslexic use by searching for dyslexia in the add-on store of the desired dyslexia application on the internet browser, installing it in the browser's add-ons with the "Add to Browser" button and activating it from the add-ons section.

Our pages are tested on Internet Explorer™ 10 and below, but minor inconsistencies in appearance may occur. Users of these browsers are advised to upgrade to higher versions.
